Launched by Danielle Pender, ‘Riposte’ is a smart magazine for women.
With the magazine, Danielle tried to bring something positive and decided to focus on bold fascinating women who are doing incredible things.
Each issue features five ideas, four meetings, three features, two essays and one icon. Essays and features cover a broad range of issues including art, design, music, business, innovation, politics, food and travel.
What makes Riposte such an interesting magazine is the honesty and depth of the interviews. The women they feature candidly discuss their successes and failures, their work, their passions and perspectives.
Issue n°5 comprises of talks with make-up artist Isamaya Ffrench, Mexican cooking authority Diana Kennedy, writer Karley Sciortino and artist Lakwena Maciver and covers topics such as The Gaza Strip, The National Wedding Show, the vintage magazine Nova and many others.
